Obituary of Robert Yasher

Robert P. Yasher, age 68, of Bridgeville, DE entered into God's loving care on January 22, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital of Hamilton surrounded by his loving family. Born in Mt Pleasant, PA, Robert grew up in Parma, OH, where he was very active in the Boy Scouts and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He lived in West Windsor and Bordentown, NJ where he was a member of Old York Country Club. Robert attended Ohio University and received his bachelor's degree in Architecture at The Ohio State University and completed advanced courses at Harvard School of Business. He has been a Great Clips Franchisee in the Philadelphia area for the last 14 years. He had a passion for golf, racing his Buick Grand National and enjoyed vacationing in Florida, but most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, Paul and Anne (Kissel) Yasher and a sister Paulette Kichurchak, He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Cynthia (Mytro) Yasher, his son Jason Yasher and wife Melissa; a daughter, Megan MacFarland and husband Dave, a brother, Ronald Yasher, two sisters, Regina McDonough and Patricia Gorczyca, four grandchildren, Dylan, Tanner, Austin and Teagan and a brother-in-law, Frank Kichurchak, and many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, January 28, 11:30 AM, at St Mary's Church, 45 Crosswicks Street, Bordentown, NJ 08505..
