Obituary of Jerome Migliacci

Jerome C. Migliacci, 71, of Hamilton passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at home. Born in Trenton, he was a life-long area resident and graduate of Cathedral High School. He held a B.S. from St. Francis College. Jerome served in the army during the Vietnam War. He spent two years deployed to Mannheim, Germany as a Crypto-communications specialist. He was employed as an account at Celanese Chemical Company in New York City for several years, and then locally until his retirement. Jerome was an avid coin collector and lover of music and literature. He enjoyed fishing with his cousin Joni, his sons and granddaughters. Predeceased by his parents Jerry and Lucy (De Vita) Migliacci, he is survived by three sons, J. Christopher Migliacci and wife Susan Lake, Michael J. Migliacci and wife Keiko, and Mark Z. Migliacci and wife Julie; two brothers, Dr. Joseph Migliacci and wife Donna and Louis Migliacci; two granddaughters, Chloe and Rose; former wife, Carol Zanca; cousin Joni Sheppard and other cousins. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 13 at D'Errico Whitehorse Mercerville Chapel, LLC, 2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, Hamilton, NJ, 08619. Clergy from the area will officiate. Calling hours will be Saturday, August 13 from 12pm - 2pm at the funeral home.
