Obituary of Susan Fleming

Susan Fleming, 79, of Hamilton, entered into God’s care Saturday, April 7, 2018 at her residence, with her family by her side.

Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident.

Sue, as she was affectionately known by her family and friends was a longtime parishioner of St. Vincent dePaul Roman Catholic Church belonging to the Altar Rosary Society.

Sue was an excellent homemaker, she enjoyed bowling, traveling the countryside with her husband in their motor home

Predeceased by her parents, Angelo and Ida (Sensi) Segoni, her loving husband, James J.  Fleming, and her son, James Guy Fleming, she is survived by her children, Jill Morrison and husband Ed, Lee Ann Hartley and Eric A. Fleming and wife Tara; four grandchildren, Heather & Jared Morrison and Ethan and Shea Hartley; one sister, Rosemarie Sharadin and husband Ellis; her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, George & Catherine Fleming, Jennie, Sharon, Diane, and Catalina Fleming; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many faraway friends that were close to her heart and many near and dear friends.

The funeral will be held 9:00 am Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from D’Errico Whitehorse Mercerville Chapel, 2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619, located in the Brenna Cellini facility.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Wednesday at St. Vincent dePaul Roman Catholic Church, 555 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ 08620.

Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, April 10 from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
