Obituary of John Frances Braconi

 

John F.  Braconi, 72, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at home in Hamilton.   

Born in Trenton, he was a life-long area resident.

He was employed by Harrah’s Casino in Atlantic City for many years until his retirement.

John proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War receiving the Vietnam service medal, Vietnam campaign medal, national defense service medal and sharpshooter (rifle m-14)

Predeceased by his father Frank Braconi, his sister, Donna Vaccaro, he is survived by his mother, Phyllis (Borromeo) Braconi; his loving companion Anne Elaine Marchetti; one sister, Celeste Braconi and husband Joe; his nephew, James Pietro and niece, Adina Ferre and husband Lenny.

Funeral services will be private under the direction of D’Errico Whitehorse Mercerville Chapel, 2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619.
