Obituary of Rose Ditullo

Rose Ann (Palermo) Ditullo, 88, of Hamilton, entered into God's Care on Sunday, June 1, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Pittston, PA, she resided in Ewing for many years prior to moving to Hamilton. Rose Ditullo was employed with Educational Testing Service in Ewing until her retirement. Rose was an excellent homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends. In her early years, Rose was a member of her church choir and also sang locally on the radio. She was an avid bowler along with her husband, she enjoyed playing golf, going to the beach but most of all she loved bingo. Rose was a devoted wife and loving mother. Predeceased by her parents and siblings, she is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, George Ditullo; her children, Geraldine & Domenic Angelucci, Carol & Robert Quinn and Lawrence & Eileen Ditullo; two brothers, Louis & Dorothy Palermo and Angelo Palermo; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Victoria & Gordon Remington, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held 10:15 am on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from D'Errico Whitehorse Mercerville Chapel, 2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619. Mass of Christian Burial will also be celebrated at 11:00 am on Wednesday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 E. State Street Ext., in Hamilton. Burial will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, 530 Province Line Road, North Hanover Township, NJ. Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 8:30 am to 10:15 am at the funeral home.
