Vincent A. Iorio, 90, of Ewing Township, entered into God’s care Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton. Born in Trenton, he resided in Ewing and more recently resided at CareOne at Hamilton Assisted Living. Mr. Iorio proudly served in the United States Airforce during the Korean Conflict from 1950 until his discharge in1953 as a Staff Sergeant. He was formerly employed as a Tool and Dye Maker for General Motors Corporation Fisher Guide Division in Ewing, prior to his retirement, with over 42 years of service. He was an avid hunter, gun collector, member of The National Rifle Association, member of The American Legion and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Lillian (Perla) Iorio, he is survived by his wife of 51 years, Anne (Ragazzo) Iorio; his daughter, Kim Iorio Roux and husband Russell Roux, and his son, Anthony Vincent “Skip” Iorio; four grandchildren, Alexa and Sophie Roux and Ava and Joseph Iorio; three brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Anthony and Rosemary Ragazzo, Richard and Geraldine Cattani and Lynn and Isabelle Patnaude; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Vincent was a very kind and caring man who was loved by everyone who knew him and will surely be missed. The family wishes to extend a special “Thank You” to all the staff and aides who devoted their time and love toward him during his stay at CareOne Assisted Living at Hamilton. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601 or online at www.alz.org. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, funeral services and entombment will be private at St. Mary’s Mausoleum in Hamilton. A memorial service for relatives and friends will be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to D’Errico Funeral Chapel, 30 Yardville Allentown Road, Hamilton, NJ, located in the Buklad Merlino facility.
