Nancy (Genovesi) Cairo 75, of Hamilton entered into Gods care on Monday June 30, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, she was a life-long area resident. Nancy was a member of the Suburbanites, The Sierra Club and a devout member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church. She enjoyed spending her summers at her homes in Brigantine and Long Beach Island. Nancy loved to cook and take trips to Atlantic City, but most of all she loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Mary (Castronova) Genovesi and her husband Frank of 55 years, she is survived by a son, Frank Jr., and wife Natalie, a daughter, Diane Tykarsky and husband John, four grandchildren, Joseph Tykarsky and wife Jennifer, Samantha Tykarsky and Christina and Elise Cairo. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 E. State Street Ext., Hamilton . Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes, Hamilton. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 5 pm to 8 pm at D'Errico Whitehorse Mercerville Chapel, 2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, Hamilton, NJ. located in the Brenna-Cellini facility.
