Obituary of Mary R. Lezzano

Mary Rosati Lezzano entered into God’s eternal rest peacefully at home on Sunday, August 9, 2020 with her loving family at her side. Mary had a deep devotion to the Blessed Mother and the Rosary. She loved her family and left an imprint of beautiful memories. She had a passion for dancing, bingo, vacations at the shore and especially family celebrations. Predeceased by her parents, Ponziano Rosati and Palmira Pomponi Rosati; her sacramental husband, James V. Lezzano; her loving daughter, and son-in-law, Jacqueline and Ed Cacace; her brothers, Anthony Rosati and wife Marie, Horace Rosati and wife Caroline; and her sister Frances Riephoff and husband August. She leaves behind her devoted son, James Lezzano; her beloved daughters and sons-in-law, Maureen and Hank Zadel and Sherri and Larry LaBella; her adoring grandchildren, James (Melissa) Cacace, Edward (Marianne) Cacace, Jennifer (John) O’Brien, Kimberly (John) Behrle, Monica (John) Davis, Anthony (Adrienne) LaBella, and Dana (Gary)Deidloff; her beautiful great grandchildren, Nicholas and Anthony Cacace, Tyler and Kyle O’Brien, Matthew and Charlie Behrle, Anthony and Gianna LaBella, Joey LaBella, Anna and Luke Deidloff, and Olivia and Jessica Davis, as well as many special nieces, nephews and friends. The family extends deepest gratitude to the staff of Holy Redeemer Hospice for their loving care, as well as her special friends and caregivers Lynna N. and Vernell Gaines. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 11:00am at St. Vincent DePaul Church, 555 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ 08620. Interment will follow in Crosswicks cemetery. No services will be held at the funeral home. All services are under the direction of the D’Errico Funeral Chapel 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ. At the family’s request, Memorial Mass cards, contributions to the charity of the donor’s choice or the Society of St. Vincent DePaul c/o 555 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ 08620, would be greatly appreciated.
