Evelyn Inverso Gansl, 101, of Lawrenceville, entered in God’s care Saturday, October 30, 2021 at St. Joseph's Skilled Nursing Facility. Born in Trenton, she resided in the Chambersburg section prior to moving to Hamilton and more recently to Lawrenceville. Evelyn was formerly employed with the State of New Jersey Motor Vehicle Division prior to her retirement in 1982. She was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of the Angels Parish-St. Joachim’s Church. Predeceased by her parents, Gregory and Angela (Conguindi) Carmignani, her siblings, Frank, Anthony, Cecilia “Jessie” Carmignani and Mary Magrelli and by her son, the Reverend Leon J. Inverso who passed away in January of 2019. She is survived by her niece, Angela Noce, and two nephews, Anthony Carmignani, and John Magrelli and wife Regina. Rite of Reception will be held 9:15 am Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Our Lady of the Angels Parish-St. Joachim’s Church, 22-56 Butler Street, Trenton, NJ 08611, followed by visitation until 10:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am at the Church. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Joseph’s Skilled Nursing Facility at Morris Hall, 1 Bishop’s Drive, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 or Our Lady of the Angels Parish, 21-23 Bayard Street, Trenton, NJ 08611.
