Elizabeth Marie Springsteen, 85, of Robbinsville, entered in God’s care Monday, May 23, 2022 at Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly, with her loving family by her side. Elizabeth was born and raised in Princeton, educated at St. Paul’s Elementary School and Princeton High School. After graduating high school, Elizabeth, began her working career at ETS in Princeton, retiring as an Executive Secretary with over forty years of service. During her employment, Elizabeth met and married her late husband, Louis Springsteen, Jr. and moved to Hamilton, where she resided most of her life, prior to moving to Robbinsville. Betty, as she was affectionately known by her family and friends, loved watching the Phillies and Eagles games, but was a greater fan of her grandchildren, watching them play sports and lunch dates with her granddaughter. She was also an active member of Foxmoor Homeowner Association, and enjoyed working on Mercer County Board of Elections. Predeceased by her loving husband, Louis Springsteen, Jr., her parents, Albert and Esther (Traegler) Bernard and her brother, Albert Bernard, Jr., she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Colleen Springsteen; her daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Joseph Mimmo; five adored grandchildren, Connor, Kyle and Ryan Springsteen and Madison and Matthew Mimmo; also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends. Memorial Services will be held 12:00 pm Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at D’Errico Funeral Chapel, 30 Yardville Allentown Road, Hamilton, NJ 08620, located in Buklad-Merlino Facility, with clergy from the area officiating. Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 1 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Samaritan Hospice/Life Enhancing Care online at www.Samaritannj.org or by mail to Samaritan Gift Processing Center, PO Box 71425, Philadelphia, PA 19176-1425.
