Obituary of Anna Nagy

Anna Nagy, 95, entered into God's loving care Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Trenton. Born in Trenton, she was a life- long area resident. Anna was employed by the State of New Jersey Department of Labor retiring in 1986. Prior to her employment with the state, she also worked for Hibberts Printing Company and the State Home for Girls. Anna was a member of the Hungarian Seniors Club, The Lorantffy Zsuzsanna Guild, The Hungarian-American Civic Association and the Starlite Seniors Club. Anna loved to travel. One of her favorite countries to visit was Hungary. She loved sitting on the beach at Wildwood Crest and enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. She loved to make noodles at the church, but the most enjoyable part of her life was spending time with her family. Anna will be greatly missed. Predeceased by her parents Michael Kisti and Anna Kisti Balla and her loving husband of 38 years, Steven, she is survived by her son Robert Nagy and wife Ruth; her daughter Carol Ann Vagott; her sister, Pearl E. Balla; four grandchildren, Allen, Amanda and Bradley Vagott, Alicia Mansfield and husband Russell; a great granddaughter Megan; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Nagy and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Friday February 6, at Chambers D'Errico and Correnti Funeral Home, 825 Chambers Street, Trenton. The Reverend Laszlo Ujj from the Hungarian Reformed Church will be officiating. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be Friday from 8:30 am to 10:00 am at the funeral home.
